The story of Atech began in a small office in London`s Soho area on Friday 13th August 1982 by Allan Ashman. Starting as a servicing company to the photographic industry, 40 years on, servicing and support remains our top priority for customers.
Some may say Friday the 13th may not have been a very lucky start, but Atech has gone on to prove it’s not luck that makes a successful company, but hard work, dedication, and understanding customer requirements that has resulted in Atech becoming one of the industries leading suppliers of consumables, printing and finishing equipment, all backed with first class after sales support and training.
The company moved to Welwyn Garden City in Herts after outgrowing the original building as the range of products and consumables grew.
Today Atech specialises in printing and finishing equipment alongside a full range of consumables.
Working in many industry sectors, ranging from sign and graphics, packaging, leather, technical composites, curtaining and sun blinds Atech are proud to represent leading suppliers including Plastgrommet, Elitron, Burkle, Matic, CWT, Neschen, Crest, Welte, Liyu, Roffelsen, Pongs and Krea.
