When the 2020 NASCAR season started back up after being shut down for a two month-period due to COVID-19, things had changed dramatically. The entire 2020 racing schedule was different as well, with NASCAR squeezing in the number of races over a much shorter time period. In addition to adapting to new COVID-19 protocols, with the condensed NASCAR schedule, their workload essentially doubled.

Richard Childress Racing’s Tyler Reddick will be driving the No. 8 car with a full Roland DG wrap in this Sunday’s“Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500” NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway.  Viewers can catch the race by tuning into FOX at 3 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Sunday, June 7. The Roland DG wrap, designed and printed by the graphics pros at the Richard Childress Racing (RCR) Graphics Center, was produced on a Roland DG TrueVIS VG2-640 wide-format printer/cutter.

Wrapmate, an end-to-end digital platform for graphics projects, has entered a three-year global collaboration agreement with 3M Commercial Solutions to help businesses improve their marketability within the print, signage and vehicle graphics industry. Motor company MG and Old Speckled Hen have historic links dating back nearly 40 years so it was vitally important the new wrap reflected both the new brand whilst nodding back to tradition.
