Agfa is taking home two Product of the Year awards from PRINTING United Alliance, a testament to its long track record of innovative technology. The Oberon RTR3300 won in the RTR UV category (over 80 in.) and the Jeti Tauro H3300 LED won top honors in the UV Hybrid/Flatbed High Volume Production Class category. The Oberon is making its North America debut at the PRINTING United Digital Experience.

TVE Reclameproducties has been testing the new Oberon RTR3300 roll-to-roll printer from Agfa for almost a year. According to owner Hennie van Osch, it is a robust machine. “Built to European standards.” Faster and with better print quality than its little sister, the Anapurna RTR3200i LED, of which TVE has two. The media reach is wide. “If you cannot print media on the Oberon, you cannot print them on anything.”

At the end of 2019, Artlab.pl (Warsaw, Poland) invested in two new large-format UV LED inkjet printers from Agfa. The Anapurna RTR3200i LED roll-to-roll printer will improve the printing company’s production on flexible substrates. The other engine is a true flatbed printer, the Anapurna FB2540i LED.

Caractères Enseignes, a printing company in the vicinity of Paris, is a well-known player in the world of events and communication.
