French RIP software specialist Caldera has announced RIP support for the new HP STITCH series of printers, having developed TextilePRO printer drivers specifically for the range. The new and intuitive workflow suite has been designed to enable fast, precise textile printing that will cut down on waste and error, resulting in more profitable production.

French RIP and workflow software developer Caldera is set to release the latest version of its award-winning RIP software. Version 13 (V13) is coming to the market in October with a range of new features, and several improvements to existing features. The new version will be showcased at a number of upcoming print conventions including SGIA/Printing United in Dallas in October, C!Print in Lyon next February, FESPA in Madrid in March, and ISA in Orlando in April.

French RIP software specialist Caldera has announced a range of new technologies and product updates to be showcased at this year’s ITMA. The company will be exhibiting a new version of TextilePro, its production suite for textile printing, along with developments in the SportsFactory E2E web-to-workflow solution and Kit Builder custom clothing designer software, and will be demonstrating automation via Nexio. ITMA will take place in Barcelona, between 20 and 26 June, and Caldera will be in booth H3-B105.

Caldera has announced the launch of a new version of its award-winning RIP software. French software company Caldera can confirm that it’s market-leading RIP, Caldera Version 11.2, has qualified for full certification for driving the HP Latex R series of printers. The HP RIP certification is awarded to differentiate RIP partners who reach a specific and superior level of integration, compatibility and performance with the HP device in question. Only third-party companies that can demonstrate conformity across a range of criteria are awarded HP Latex certified status. The certification recognizes that Version 11.2 can fully support HP Latex R series printers for functionalities including printing performance, media management, printer reporting, job generation, job management and application center integration.

Caldera is set to join forces with a raft of leading names in the print industry to create a new production concept for the floor of FESPA 2018, which takes place in Berlin from 15 to 18 May. Wide-format solution specialist Caldera has announced the release of the latest upgrade of its market-leading RIP software. V11.2 will be demonstrated at C!Print, which runs in Lyon from 6th to 8th February. Three new features have been introduced in response to customer requests: HelpLinks, ContourNesting 180º and MultiLayer. Caldera has announced that HP has confirmed that its V11 RIP suite has passed the variety of print tests needed to achieve certification for use with HP’s Latex 500 series printers.

Caldera is working in partnership with Swiss printer manufacturer Lüscher-Tschudi on an OEM version of Caldera’s GrandRIP+ to drive the company’s 3.2m textile printer, the T-REX 320.
