Finding the right business partners from the get go will now become even easier at viscom. In 2017 Europe’s Trade Fair for Visual Communication from 18 to 20 October in Düsseldorf will facilitate business networking online. The new Matchmaking service brings together exhibitors and trade visitors – matching them perfectly even before the trade fair starts.

Complex markets require clear structures. From 2016, viscom will be two trade fairs: viscom SIGN and viscom POS. Having been systematically developed, both trade fairs are distinctly positioned. As a package, they create effective and efficient synergies. Both trade fairs will take place concurrently at the same venue. The restructuring arrives just in time for the 30th anniversary of viscom, which has been shaping the development of the industries that touch visual communication since 1986.

This year’s viscom düsseldorf spelled out an alphabet of brands: V as in venerated insurance providers, I as in international brands, S as in sporting goods providers, C as in consumer goods, O as in organisations and public administration, and M as in media. In short: viscom. Whether they were insurers and financial service providers like AXA, HUK Coburg and Commerzbank, major retailers like Lidl, Kaiser’s Tengelmann and Migros, or sporting goods companies like adidas – they all came to Europe’s Leading Trade Fair for Visual Communication.

 

For the industry, it’s part idea generator, part investment trade fair: from Wednesday to Friday, 4 to 6 November 2015, viscom brings together some 300 exhibitors and 13,000 trade visitors from about 50 countries at the Exhibition Centre in Düsseldorf. viscom is the only trade fair in Europe that takes a 360° look at visual communication, thus serving as a cross-industry catalyst. With its six theme worlds – large format printing, signmaking, object design, digital signage, POS display and POS packaging – it has a clearly structured layout, which provides each industry with the space it needs to develop a distinct identity.
