Xaar plc, the world leader in industrial inkjet technology, has been awarded “Manufacturing Site of the Year” for a third time by TechWorks (formerly the National Microelectronics Institute), a national industry organisation aiming to strengthen the UK’s position as a global leader in future technologies.
Xaar, the world leader in industrial inkjet technology, is pleased to announce that its company Engineered Printing Solutions (EPS) has today, at InPrint 2017, signed COMEC Italia as European distributor for its full range of digital print products.
In preparation for full commercial launch, Xaar will use InPrint 2017 to showcase its four colour print capabilities as well as the numerous advantages of its Xaar 5601 new Thin Film Piezo Silicon MEMS printhead. In addition, Xaar’s Jason Remnant will be presenting on “Revolutionary inkjet technology to take on the Packaging industry,” covering how features and technologies, such as those in the Xaar 5601, will help drive further digital adoption in the packaging industry.
This year’s InPrint show in Munich will see Xaar’s Chris Noble highlight how inkjet – and Xaar technology, in particular – is transforming 3D Printing from a prototype industry to volume production.
