ALEPH to showcase its flagship digital printing solutions at Innovate Textile & Apparel Virtual Trade Show

October 21, 2020

aleph, a leading Italian manufacturer of direct-to-fabric and dye-sublimation inkjet printers, announces that the company is showcasing its flagship digital printing solutions for the textile printing industry at Innovate Textile & Apparel Virtual Trade Show (15-30th October 2020). During the virtual trade show – organised by World Textile Information Network (WTiN) – aleph invites the show’s attendees to visit its virtual booth and see demonstrations of its cutting-edge printing platforms in action, while also offering the opportunity to book 1:1 meetings with the company’s management and partners to discuss about the latest market and technology trends.

Under the spotlight on aleph’s virtual booth are the company’s flagship series, LAFORTE Fabric and LAFORTE Paper. LAFORTE Fabric series features an extensive range of inkjet printers for printing onto textiles. Those include LAFORTE 100 Fabric, an entry-level printing system achieving a production speed of up to 220 sqm/h in one pass; LAFORTE 200 Fabric, designed to address mid to high print volume production (up to 300 sqm/h in one pass); and LAFORTE 400 Fabric, delivering high-volume manufacturing (up to 600 sqm/h in one pass). All LAFORTE Fabric models display a compact design – which facilitates the integration into various production environments. In addition, they feature a waterless printing process envisaging a reduced consumption of water and energy and low production and maintenance costs and use aleph’s newly-developed pigment inks, resulting in a reduced environmental impact.

LAFORTE Paper is aleph’s flagship series of cutting-edge dye-sublimation printers. It ranges from the entry-level versatile model, LAFORTE 100 Paper, up to industrial-grade LAFORTE 400 Paper. Equipped with a patented rotary vacuum belt system, all the models of the LAFORTE Paper series enable users to achieve extreme application flexibility across different market segments, including fast fashion, sportswear and soft signage.

aleph will also use Innovate Textile & Apparel Virtual Trade Show to showcase the company’s ranges of inks for the textile industries, that resulted from an extensive R&D work performed in partnership with a third-party digital textile ink manufacturing specialist. Debuting at the virtual event are the brand-new certified acid inks by aleph. Those inks enable to achieve outstanding print quality on the right and reverse sides, using a double-sided printing process with a wetting liquid. aleph’s acid inks are designed for direct-to-textile printing onto textiles such as silk, wool and Lycra, and to help users diversify the applications in the accessories area, as well as in beachwear and underwear – with the new fluo colours adding extra value to those products. Additionally, aleph will offer virtual demonstrations of its pigment inks, which have been further enhanced in terms of colour brightness, and will showcase its new chemistries for pre and post treatment, designed to improve the level of brightness and fastness of the printed textiles.

We are thrilled to participate in a virtual event of this magnitude”, said Alessandro Manes, CEO at aleph. “Over the past few months, we have nurtured our conversations with the market, while our R&D team has kept progressing our technological developments. This is why we are keen on taking the opportunity of Innovate Textile & Apparel Virtual Trade Show to demonstrate our consolidated textile digital printing platforms and solutions. In addition, we aim at highlighting the sustainable reach of our portfolio, which comes from a commitment to the environment that aleph has been leveraging since its foundation."
