New: Online matchmaking at viscom 2017

Finding the right business partners from the get go will now become even easier at viscom. In 2017 Europe’s Trade Fair for Visual Communication from 18 to 20 October in Düsseldorf will facilitate business networking online. The new Matchmaking service brings together exhibitors and trade visitors – matching them perfectly even before the trade fair starts.

“viscom 2017 comes under the heading “We Connect” and we take this idea very seriously,” says viscom-Director Petra Lassahn adding “This is why we plan to make B2B contacts as simple and efficient as ever.” The new platform makes it possible to search all trade fair participants applying your own filter, such as country, theme or trade fair nomenclature. “This allows exhibitors and visitors to quickly find the contacts of importance to their companies and to make fixed appointments at the trade fair at an early stage, says Petra Lassahn with conviction.

viscom Matchmaking: how it works exactly

As early as mid-August – two months to the beginning of the trade fair – the platform will go live. Then exhibitors and registered trade visitors can register for free and create their own profile with just a few clicks. Then they can browse the profiles of all other participants and directly address contacts of interest. If the interest is mutual appointments can be made – either at the exhibitor’s stand or at the viscom Matchmaking Lounge. As a special service each participant will receive an e-mail containing their personal itinerary. This means the new networking instrument guarantees effective time management for both trade fair appearances and visits.
