FESPA UK has announced a return to face-to-face events in 2021, refreshed membership options, and launched  a new website.

Building on the success and feedback of almost 100 alumni, the ESMA Academy now offers a dedicated online course. Available from any location, this web training covers all aspects of piezo inkjet and provides a well-founded basis for the future practice module. Delivered by industry experts and academics, the presentations are unbiased and no questions are left unanswered.

FESPA is introducing FIT – FESPA Innovations and Trends, a new series of live virtual events aimed at helping printers plan effectively for their business recovery.

PRINTING United Alliance today announced that Dave Leskusky has been appointed president of PRINTING United Alliance. PRINTING United Alliance today announced that its popular Student Scholarship Award Program is now accepting applications for the 2021-22 academic year. Supported by generous donations from endowment investors and industry leaders, the 2021 PRINTING United Alliance Scholarship Program will award $2,000 to 25 students studying graphic communications, granting a total of $50,000 in educational assistance for the 2021-2022 academic year. PRINTING United Alliance today announced that Michael Makin, who was serving as EVP since the merger of SGIA and Printing Industries of America (PIA), will depart on January 1 after a successful transition of the combined organizations. On May 1, SGIA and PIA officially merged to become the largest, most comprehensive printing and graphic arts association in the country. As former president and CEO of PIA, Makin was instrumental in the unification.
