PRINTING United Expo today announced it has been named a Gold 100 Grand Award winner in the category “Fastest-growing Gold 100 Show Managed by an Association” in 2019 by blended growth. The inaugural PRINTING United Expo was held in Dallas at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center on October 23-25, 2019. Of those Gold 100 events on the Trade Show Executive list, there were more than 117,000 exhibiting companies which collectively represented almost 45M square feet of exhibitor space, with over a combined 3.5 million attendees.

FESPA is ‘Bringing Colour Back’ at this year’s FESPA Global Print Expo, which is now scheduled to take place at the RAI exhibition centre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from 12 to 15 October 2021.

Organisers have confirmed that The Print Show will return this September, running as the only event this year dedicated entirely to the UK print and wide-format industry.

The congress trade fair PRINT & DIGITAL CONVENTION (PDC), which was successfully positioned by the Fachverband Medienproduktion (f:mp.) in cooperation with Messe Düsseldorf, enters the next round. The organizers of PDC are planning the next staging for June 2021 considering an expected positive development of the pandemic.

The last edition of drupa preview in 2020 once again provided an opportunity for intensive knowledge transfer in the print community. Presentations and live web sessions by industry experts and partner associations focused on the future and current global trends and challenges. But also applications and uses in the field of additive manufacturing processes and packaging printing were addressed. Overall, 4.301 registered participants took advantage of the new platform.

FESPA has postponed its 2021 Global Print Expo and the co-located European Sign Expo from March until October 2021, while remaining at the same venue, the RAI exhibition centre in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Today, December 8, drupa invites you to the third edition of drupa preview days. To facilitate networking and the need for knowledge transfer in the community, industry experts and partner associations will present future topics in live web sessions and panel discussions. A global view of current changes in the print industry will be discussed in the third edition of preview days, as will applications and applications in the field of additive manufacturing solutions and packaging printing. The growing importance of sustainability will be addressed in a panel discussion and videos in the Conference Area.

Following close consultation with exhibitors and partners, the 2021 edition of drupa, the world’s leading trade fair for Printing Technologies, will be cancelled due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The next event will take place as scheduled from 28 May to 7 June 2024. To maintain the momentum until then, the organisers will be holding a four-day digital event titled ‘virtual.drupa’, to take place from 20 to 23 April 2021 during the time frame drupa was originally scheduled for.

On November 17, new lectures and teaser videos will go online on the digital platform drupa preview. International speakers such as Jack Stratten, Fons Put or Deborah Corn will present trending topics of the industry and give visitors the opportunity to interact with them by asking questions during the live web sessions. Additional input is provided by the Conference Area with short presentations about the special forums at drupa. Speakers such as Achim Halpaap or Michael Gale provide impulses for the future of the printing industry.

The digital platform drupa preview was opened on 27 October. Over 1.900 interested visitors took part in panel discussions and live web sessions as spectators, received valuable input on current issues via video keynote speeches and virtually connected with exhibitors and industry players. The three areas ‘Exhibition Space’, ‘Conference Area’ and ‘Networking Plaza’ reflect drupa’s cornerstones digitally, bridging communication needs between now and the next live event.

The new digital platform drupa preview will be opened on 27. October, 2020 at 10:00 am (Central European time). A panel discussion with Project Director Print Technologies Sabine Geldermann, Dr. Markus Heering, Managing Director of the German Printing and Paper Technology Association (VDMA) and Dr. Christian Plenge, Executive Director Digital at Messe Düsseldorf, will present the new platform and address the current situation in the industry. Afterwards, companies and speakers will present important topics in live web sessions.

On October 16th 2020, the 8th All in Print China successfully concluded at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). With the support from exhibitors, visitors, associations, media partners and all other industry colleagues, All in Print China 2020 presented the latest innovations and gave strong confidence to the international printing industry.

More focused, more sustainable and, above all, safe: PSI, PromoTex Expo and viscom will be very special shows in 2021. The most important thing, however, is that, as matters stand, they will indeed be taking place. After a year’s social distancing, the three trade shows will bring the promotional product, textile and finishing industries back together again under one roof from 12th – 14th January 2021. This will not only provide an opportunity to meet up again at long last, the shows also signal the start of a long-awaited new financial year.
