This year’s slogan – Expressing Creativity – highlights the numerous creative applications for Felix Schoeller products which visitors will have the opportunity to experience at the company’s stand.

With a soft textured natural white surface this eco solvent, latex and UV ink compatible, archival quality, inkjet fine art paper is reminiscent of a traditional etching paper. The key difference is the lightweight base. This means that every print produced on this paper is ultra flexible: ideal for shipping prints in tubes ready for framing.

It has been said that if you pay attention to boredom, it gets unbelievably interesting. Such is the case for Singaporean designer, Darius Ou, whose design project, Autotypography, sprang to life after he found himself bored at design school. Ou began illustrating a poster a day, creating a visual autobiography of his daily life. The project went viral when he posted the images to his website. Ou's work breaks the rules of “good design” by stretching, deconstructing and experimenting with typography.

Busy commuters in London will be targeted with posters encouraging them to ‘Escape the rat race’ – in a campaign by Cool Company, a Swedish brand that aims to change the way people work in the UK. Reaching aspiring and current freelancers, the campaign will run until 16 December across 6-sheet and bus shelter posters city-wide. Working with the creative team at JCDecaux, the campaign was booked as part of the ‘Nurture’ programme, created for brands that are new to Out-of-Home advertising.

The Osnabrück-based Felix Schoeller Group’s Digital Media Business Unit announced the successful certification for all HP machines at FESPA 2018. The SLP papers had already been certified a year ago but now the extension of that to HP’s current 500 and 1500 series completes the picture. It means that print service providers can download the profiles they need to achieve excellent print results, including for the new HP machines.

Pernod Ricard UK has this month installed strawberry scented posters throughout Oxford Circus Underground station as part of the launch campaign for Beefeater Pink, the new pink variation of its Beefeater London Dry Gin. The new product development was led by Exterion Media, Europe’s largest privately-owned out-of-home (OOH) company, in partnership with location marketing specialist Posterscope and strategic media planners at Havas Media UK.
