Epson is promising to show visitors to its stand at Sign & Digital UK how its latest range of professional SureColor printers can deliver superb quality, production performance and ink use efficiency for the signage and display graphics sector.

Hybrid Services is set to launch a new range of printers at Sign & Digital UK 2016. The exclusive UK and Irish Mimaki distributor will showcase Mimaki’s latest LED UV printer – the UJF-7151plus, in addition to the MTEX Blue all-in-one dye sublimation printer which has Mimaki technology at its core. Both new models will be on show on its stand situated at the entrance to the exhibition.

Mutoh make very good wide format printers, therefore Mutoh distributor Colourgen will be at Sign and Digital UK in 2016 for the 16th year running, presenting a brand new range of Mutoh sign and display printers and a new garment printer. Also on display will be Mutoh's desktop gadget flatbed printer, laminators from Kala, plus a broad range of media products and Caldera RIPs.

Dublin-based IQ Group, or Image Quest as it’s formally known, have turned to Mimaki to increase wide format printing productivity without compromising on quality or colour gamut. The company recently added a Mimaki JV300-160 and CG-160FXII cutting plotter through authorised Mimaki reseller, Reprocentre.

Glass splashbacks for the kitchen industry are all the rage these days, and while there are many companies offering bespoke glass fitting and colour matching services, one company, Southern Counties Glass, has taken these products to the next level by digitally printing high resolution images directly onto the glass.

Mimaki has a full show schedule planned for January 2016. Heimtextil is scheduled for 12th to 15th January at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. Mimaki will be located in Hall 4.0, Stand F15.

As part of its ongoing expansion plans and in response to increased demand for wide format print, Preston-based window film and commercial graphics company Lustalux has recently added a Mimaki CJV300-160 printer/cutter – supplied by authorised Mimaki reseller Granthams - to its machine line-up.

Dudley-based DGS Supplies has invested in a Mimaki JFX200-2513 LED UV flatbed printer from printMAX to print direct-to-board and reduce time consuming finishing techniques.

Canon has launched two new printers - the Océ ColorWave 810 and 910 - reputed to be the fastest digital 42’’ wide format colour printers on the market, with speeds of up to 1000m² per hour regardless of image complexity, ink coverage or media type.
